DataChill Quiet is a privacy-first quiet-hour monitoring product designed to detect relevant sound events without recording conversations.

The intended production design includes:

• Local processing of microphone input.
• Detection of sustained human voice and loud-impact events.
• No intentional recording or storage of raw audio.
• No speech transcription.
• No speaker identification.
• Transmission of structured sound-event alerts rather than conversation content.

Planned event metadata may include the event category, timestamp, device identifier and alert status.

The planned retention period for product event metadata is up to 90 days.

These features describe the intended product design and will be reviewed and updated before commercial activation.

DataChill Quiet is designed to deliver sound-event alerts through Telegram.

Alert information may include the event category, event time and associated device or location identifier.

Telegram is an independent third-party service. Information delivered through Telegram may be processed and retained according to Telegram's own privacy practices and the settings of the receiving account or group.

We do not intend to transmit raw audio recordings or conversation transcripts through Telegram.

4. Data Sharing and Retention

We may disclose personal data to service providers where necessary to operate our business, including:

• Website hosting providers.
• Email delivery providers.
• Technical infrastructure providers.
• Notification delivery services.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
