The monitoring hardware is supplied under the subscription arrangement; it is not sold to the customer.

Subscription and return terms

Start and renewal

Subscription starts on successful device activation. After the three-month minimum, it renews automatically at S$19 per month.

Cancellation

Give at least seven days’ notice before the next billing date. Return hardware within seven days after cancellation.

Deposit refund

The S$50 deposit is refundable within 14 days after inspection, subject to applicable return conditions.

Before you enquire

Hardware replacement terms remain pending final hardware costing and commercial approval. No replacement fee, damage charge or late-return penalty has been set here. Final customer terms will be reviewed before commercial orders open.
